You can get top dasher for the next month. But it does prevent you from dash anytime in platinum zones if you're under that system.

In my experience, resetting means nothing in my market. I haven't reset mine (currently at 10%) and I still receive $10+ orders. I'm sure it varies from market to market. My acceptance rate is 7% and i make 25 an hour regularly. Doordash does not penalize for having a low acceptance rate it's in the handbook.
